Winter conditions exist

The yellow lines on the map tell me this is so. The legend tells me this is what yellow lines mean. It's pretty straightforward. This time of year it would be a mistake to leave home without checking the highway hotline. Or coldline in this case. Call it what you will. There's a disclaimer at the bottom of course. Nothing can claim to be completely current. Or that straightforward. Even these words might be clear one minute and snow-covered the next.
